Meet the Team
Gannon Tidwell
Gannon is an accomplished real estate entrepreneur with a diversified background in real estate spanning more than 15 years. He is a California licensed Real Estate Broker with cross industry experience in real estate financing, brokerage, investment and development. As an acting Principal of Postcard Properties, Gannon is charged with managing the company’s investment portfolio. His focus includes acquisition due diligence, financing, capital fundraising and disposition management. Postcard Properties provides the ideal canvas for Gannon to fuse his passion for art and business into one singular focus of building exceptional homes. Gannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate finance from California Polytechnic University. He lives in Mill Valley with his wife and three kids. He remains very active, enjoying golf, skiing and surfing.
Jennifer Tidwell
Jennifer is a seasoned Designer possessing 15 years of Architectural and Interior Design experience. She is the creative force behind the overall design aesthetic of a Postcard Property. Whether it is starting with a blank canvas of a ground up project, or working with classic details of a turn of the century Victorian, she manages all design decisions. Working directly with the Company’s design partners, Jen will collaborate on all facets of a project to include exterior / interior elevations, floor plans, architectural finishes, furnishings and landscape design. Her overall design is forward thinking, timeless and has resulted in homes that are highly sought-after. Jen lives in Mill Valley, where she is also a Mother two three young kids. Her hobbies include treasure hunting at the local flea market, cooking, yoga, hiking and skiing.
Sandra Kennedy
Sandy joined Postcard Properties in 2013 as a Design Assistant. She has since been promoted to Design Associate. Sandy works directly with the Company’s Principal Designer, Jennifer, by executing on all facets of her design plan. This includes exterior / interior elevations, floor plans, architectural finishes and landscape design. She is intimately involved in the design project life cycle and the key figure in insuring that the exceptional style comes out in every project. Sandy completed the UC Berkeley Interior Design-Interior Architecture program in 2007. She lives in Oakland with her husband and two dogs Rosie and Colombo. Her hobbies include running, gardening, cooking and she is an accomplished seamstress.
Ken Wan
Ken joined Postcard Properties as Project Manager at the end of 2013. He recently became the company’s Asset Manager in March of 2016. Ken directly supports the Principal with acquisitions, financing and fundraising execution. He handles all property management related issues for the entire Postcard Properties’ portfolio. Ken also manages all Operations within the company including vendor relations, financing, legal, IT and accounting. He lives in Emeryville with his wife and daughter. His free time is spent playing golf, tennis, cooking, gaming and traveling.
