Postcard Properties believes strongly in providing a positive impact on our local community. We realize how expensive the Bay area real estate market is and affordable housing is in short supply. So we choose to work with Rebuilding Together, a 529 Non-Profit that focuses on affordable housing. Their approach is unique in that they focus on revitalizing existing affordable housing stock that has an immediate impact. By so doing, they avoid the perils of building new housing which is time consuming and expensive and takes years to have an impact. Postcard Properties not only supports them financially, but we also participate in work days, where our employees get the roll up their sleeves and work on someone’s house to revitalize it.
